David was very polite and professional the inspection was quick and took no time at all. He arrived on time and was very clear with his communication making sure to call when he was en route.

Massey rep (Jeff) arrived. I asked about tending to a problem inside, which he immediately did. He was very efficient, friendly. He asked if we had termite care. Told me what Massey offers; suggested we get the free inspection. I very much appreciated Jeff's phone call the night before and that he ended our conversation "With have a blessed night." And that is how he left today. We appreciate that!! Thank you, Jeff!
