Been receiving treatment as needed for ant infestations that surface almost yearly. The tenacity, work effort, & professional courtesy of Aiden, my technician is remarkable.
Ileana came out and did our inspection. She is incredibly thorough and was truly a joy. The quote was fair, easy to understand and inside of our budget.
Since the office manager in Orange City called to inquire why I gave them only 3 stars.. I will elaborate. I ALWAYS pay by check, at least 3 times my check was “lost”. I got a phone call each time asking why I hadn’t paid. (The checks are given to the tech who provides the service the same day). The first time they called I was bewildered literally because they NEVER call me and we have had them for our pest control for 2 houses dating back to 2013.
