We had a wild life exclusion We contracted with Massey Services for a wildlife exclusion on our home. This happened in December 2025. In August 2026 I heard something in the attic so I called Massey and they had the wildlife company which was Big Heart Wildlife come out and check. They said there was a problem with the ridge vent, which was not covered under the exclusion. We were not told this was not included in the $2200 price we paid also when we pulled out our contract and showed them it is not listed as excluded. Big h... read more
