Over the past 6 years Massey has been dependable and their Techs have done a great job. Although recently they seem to be having issues. Over the last 4 months, 3 no shows when scheduled for mosquito treatment. 😢
Jeremiah is great at his job and knows exactly what is needed. He is very friendly, respectful and answers your questions patiently.
Be very careful before doing business with Massey Services. Just before Thanksgiving 2024, my wife and I purchased termite-prevention services, including having our home's weep holes wired for termite protection. We considered doing the weep-hole work ourselves, but Massey told us that doing so could void the warranty, so we agreed to have them perform the work. The total cost was more than $1,000.
