We were using this services more than an year and every time the technician who come for service are not friendly and when you have any problems noticed in the mid quarter and request for extra service they ask you hundred questions and end up asking to upgrade the current service. Definitely not recommended.
Don’t ask for the service for this company. They’re horrible. They’re the worst they’re hypocrites they’re liars.. and watch out for the managers they’ll say something, but they’ll go back on their word. I’m just warning everyone ahead of time.
