Wayne Prentiss was an awesome inspector, not only was he comfortable of allowing me to let him in remotely, but he had great customer service skills. He informed me of 3 wasp nests under my patio and made suggestions of how to get rid of them. In addition, he pulled my garbage can by my garage door and asked if I wanted him to place it inside, him knowing I can open the garage remotely. William Prentiss is the reason Massey Services receives 5 stars today!

Massey has been an excellent service provider for years. This year we decided to add the termite protection and Rolando Alvarado was an amazing technician. He did a fantastic job, was respectful and explained everything thoroughly.

Their service, our housing Devonport, and are absolutely awful. When you ask them to spray, they spray like 2 inches of the door and call it a day and want to leave. Only for the insects to be back the next day . It’s like the spraying liquid gold when it’s just bug spray. Why are they so stingy?
