My Pest Prevention Technician Pablo Hermida came by today for routine pest prevention inspection/treatment and it was joy to see him. Mr. Hermida is such an honorable man and a wealth of knowledge. I had so many questions and he answered them all effortlessly and in such a way that I didn’t need to dissect as I was able to comprehend clearly. He takes his time doing his job with much integrity.
