I am very disappointed with this pest control company. I signed a two-year contract expecting my pest problem to be resolved, but after more than a year of treatments, I am still dealing with pests inside my home. Over the past six months, I have called the office several times to report that the treatments were not working. I even requested a fogging treatment to help eliminate the pests, but my request was denied. I was dealing with a pretty severe situation that Massey handled so professionally. The services were provided on time and at a reasonable cost. While the company is great, it’s their people who preserve the good reputation. I can’t say enough about Greg Scott and Tom Circelli! I am having them same experience as Jeff Edward's post. Back yard is dying. Technician told me months ago it was due to underwatering, then told over watered spot by downspout killed that area about 6 weeks ago. Now the dead areas are spreading throughout my yard. I have not changed my watering and only Massey has sprayed my yard for 1.5 years. I have called the office 3 times and told a manager would contact me to inspect. That call never happened. I just want green grass in my yard. I can't even walk on the dead parts bare... read more
