Very impressed with the dedication, kindness and efficiency from this company. David was diligent and always communicative with every correspondence and treatment. He took care of my pest control problem quicker than I thought possible. He even continued with follow-up. I would highly recommend Massey Services.
Growing increasingly disappointed with the service, or lack there of. Had a supervisor come out a few months back regarding a growing part of my backyard dying and wondering why the soil felt so off and was told it was probably moles and freeze damage, but he found a few chinch bugs so someone would be out to treat. We have been using Massey for 2 years and results have been good. Now there is a serious disease quickly killing our lawn and we can’t get their help. The receptionist keeps running us around in circles and we’re not getting any timely service even though I can make time on most days.
