Service technicians have no knowledge and don't give complete answers to questions and concerns. The company services are grossly overpriced
I was having trouble with my lawn. The Manager George came and walked Ryan and Kevin the technicians through the process. In two services my lawn looks better than years with other techs. Thank you George, you are the lawn whisperer!! Mr Massey I hope you realize George’s worth. He is truly awesome!
I want to recognize Brian The pest control technician he's been coming to my house for approximately 6 months now he is the kindest person that I know I have questions and he answers them in a way that I can understand everything he's very neat about his work and disposing of everything he is awesome and very precious
Sean serviced our office and apartment for pest control. Any issues we had he resolved them, would not have to worry about it. In my professional opinion Massey is lucky to have him. Sean always did outstanding work !!
