We've been with Massey Services for 5 years. They've been amazing. Everyone who comes to our house from them has been kind, helpful, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Service area 49 employees... Robert the sales guy and Chad our service tech... and the nice ladies that answer the phone and dispatch them to take care of things for us. We have their full service annual contract (around $400 for the year for our home/property) and feel they're well worth the price given their prompt, friendly, thorough service. My lawn went from the first picture to the second . Terrible. I have contacted them numerous times. The supervisor came out and empty promises to fix it.
Great experience with Massey Services! They arrived right on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was thorough and efficient, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful they were. Highly recommend!
