Special thanks to Spencer who bravely checked my attic space for rodents; to Paul who sealed access points, set traps, and successfully removed one scary rat; to Kevin who did termite protection and installef 68 bait traps after having a trap snap at his calf; and to Heather who came to put traps back in my lawn after racoons dug them up. The quality of service and care has been phenomenal. I recommend Massey pest control wholeheartedly! And thank you to Charity who helped me each time I called.

I signed a yearly contract with Massey Services and paid over $700 upfront. After the initial payment, nobody ever showed up for service. It has now been over two months since I requested a refund, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, I get transferred from one department to another with no real solution, no accountability, and no communication. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend being very careful before paying in advance.
