Had our yearly inspection of our bait traps. Kaynnen did our inspection. I would give this gentleman 10 stars, excellent service. He was courteous, explained the process and completed the inspection in a timely manner. Kaynnen addressed many things that the previous technicians ignored or failed to address.

Spencer with Massey Services provided a thorough termite inspection and did an excellent job. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain his findings clearly and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend Spencer and Massey Services for anyone needing a termite inspection.
