Worst service ever. Scott the technician was great, but new people don’t show up when scheduled. Called numerous times, left messages. Service managers still haven’t called us back. Cancelled pest control last week. Canceling termite service today. They still have our account listed under owners who haven’t lived there in years. Guy who answers the phone is trying to be helpful but is absolutely clueless. Worst & most frustrating company to deal with. Do not recommend whatsoever.
I just had an overall bad experience. They bombarded me with marketing material because I bought a new home, promised free this and free that, the first inspector would never call me back, then she retired. No one follows up, calls you back. I've asked to be called before they come out so I can be here, that never happened. Based on my experience this is a very poorly managed location. Quarterly Pest Prevention Service done yesterday. Technician was extremely thorough, taking particular care, and effort, to address the many small ant hills on the property. Great service. ___________________________________________________________ Had entire attic preventive treated for flying termites. Risk is rather low, but cost was reasonable for a one-time application. Technician was extremely professional and thorough in his work.
Update 4/13/2026: I am updating my review again after multiple broken promises. The lawn at the back of my house has been significantly damaged, and I will now need to replace it. Over time, several Massey Services representatives have come out to inspect my lawn and made different commitments, but none of them were ever followed through.
