Reliable and professional pest control services. Mr. Will Smith performed a thorough inspection and treatment for prevention of termites. He explained everything to me so that I understood clearly how we were protecting our home.
I want to recognize the outstanding service I received from Massey Services, especially Haley and Kandon. I was preparing for an adoption home inspection and had a lot on my plate. Worst customer service. I called and talked to the corporate office about a billing problem. They referred me to the local office. The manager said he would look into it and call me back but never did. I then got a letter saying they were cancelling the service. This is a commercial account with 160+ units. If they don’t care about an account like this. I doubt they care about any customer account.
Justin was excellent! From the start, he was friendly, professional and instrumental. He went over and above on his inspection of my home.
