Set up appointment. They never showed up or even called. I could'nt believe it. Called next day to ask why. Response was,..they did'nt show an appointment. What's up with that??
Brandon (Stafford office) has been a wonderfully consistent pest control specialist. His communication, openness, customer service, timeliness, and responsiveness are fantastic. He is open about concerns and about my concerns. Great job Brandon!
I set an appnt for an inspection for 11am. It’s now past noon and no one is here yet. (He called at 11:30 to say he was on his way - AFTER I called to the office to find out if they were still coming). FYI, this is a chain with a corporate office in Florida and they don’t seem to communicate with their local offices: the technician didn’t have my number?!?
