Poor customer service experience. Emails go unanswered, lack of follow up and clarity. Disrespect of customer property despite warnings. Highly recommend going with Green Team Pest and I’m glad I’ve stayed with them.

Scheduled 3 times every time they promise to come out they never show up. This last time they were supposed to come on Saturday didn't come until Tuesday no call no text and knocked on the door left a note saying that they had performed services. They absolutely did nothing and have the footage from my cameras to prove it. Awful customer service and techs that are willing to lie to make money
