They were here for less10 minutes today did not spray the front at all and left. Their charge is $90.00 which we will pay. We have used them for several years and were satisfied but that stops now Gary Hutchinson
Massey states "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back". In fact, not only do you not get your money back for cancelled services not even rendered, but after first assuring you that the refund is coming, suddenly nothing but crickets.(pun intended) They do not even have the courtesy to respond to a customer despite reaching out to them repeatedly over the course of months to avoid having to take these next steps in first going public to warn others and before starting the formal complaint process. Johnny the technician came out for my initial service on friday 4/10 and did a great job, he called prior and explained the services to me in more detail than the original quote and answered some of my questions. Highly reccomend Massey pest service for your pest control needs. Only small issue with the service being a problem accessing the interior of the home via door code.
We are so impressed with the service from Massey in Athens. Johnny has been servicing our house since we moved here. He is very thorough, professional and one of the nicest men. He explains everything and just overall does an excellent job. We are so pleased.
Johnny has been great to work with. He’s professional, reliable, and always shows up when he says he will. As a "self-proclaimed bugaphobic😉", I really appreciate that he takes my concerns seriously and understands my wanting the inside sprayed too. Always kind and a pleasure to deal with! As we move into our new build, we’re transferring service there and will be recommending Johnny to the buyers of our current home.
