really appreciate their hard work. I work at an apartment complex and they are our pest control company. we had some recent scheduling issues and the service manager personally came out to get us back on track. always friendly!

Robert Herrera did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, professional, transparent and customer centered. Robert provided and overview of the work to be completed. Massey service was horrible from the jump! They had trouble getting us scheduled and there was another name when they searched our home so we had to wait for them to adjust which could have easily been done over the phone. We get scheduled and they tell me they would have there rep call to make sure that someone was home for the appointment, but they texted the wrong number on file when we had already told them to take that number off of the list.
