I wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved shout-out to Robert Herrera! Today was Robert’s first time at Chevy Chase Apartments, and he made an immediate positive impression. I brought up an issue that we’ve been dealing with for several months, and unlike past experiences, Robert immediately acknowledged the situation and put an action plan in place. His initiative, urgency, and proactive effort are deeply appreciated and stand out significantly. Thank you, Robert, for stepping up and making things happen!
Fabian is excellent. He is our service rep and is always attentive and addresses our needs- mosquito to insects and scorpions
First time using a pest control service. Massey technician Fabian was wonderful taking the time to explain the process. Very thorough and knowledgeable. We felt like we were in good hands choosing their service
Issac comes to treat our home and does an excellent job every single time. He listens to our needs and always responds with a smile.
Robert does a great job controlling my pests. He’s the best in the biz
