In November of 2025 I signed up for 3 services, landscape, Irrigation, lawn and shrub. I felt like this was a good decision since this was a new home / new grass and landscaping, etc. Just a few weeks in, our yard began to die and become infested with disease. I would like to give this company a zero review. They lie and are unclear about the contract. They promise to take responsibility for termite problems, but they don't. I've paid over a thousand dollars on the contract, and now they want me to pay more money to continue treatment. I renewed the contract in February 2026. Clearly, they don't want to help me. This is abusive. My other option is to call the relevant agencies, such as Consumer Reports and others.
The field people are great...Scheduling is an absolute JOKE. People show up when they are not scheduled and they DON'T show up when they ARE schedululed and don't bother to give notification. I use Massey for lawn, pest, and termite care. I'm tired of wasting my days waiting for them to show up and I'm ready to move on. The front office talks a good talk but consistently fails to follow through. I want to start by saying Joshua Burgess is by far my favorite technician. His professionalism, thoroughness, & knowledge is balanced with a very friendly demeanor. He listens to my concerns and advises practical solutions. Usually on time and if he can't make it by that time I ALWAYS get a message stating the reason and a new arrival time.
