I have been using Massey for several years and they do great. they have a gentleman named Steve who does my property and he is excellent to deal with and fun to talk to. He leaves no stone unturned and pays extreme to the little things. When Steve leaves I know my place is well protected from and little creature. He makes for a fun day. I highly recommend Massey and ask for Steve if he is available. Job Well Done! Thank you Massey and Steve!
We recently had our yearly termite inspection and I have to tell you about it. In the twenty years or so we have had Massey pest services, this young man did the most thorough inspection we’ve ever had. His name is Sieny Rodriguez. He truly did a good job and was well mannered too.
Several items 1) Said they would remove hornets nest during inspection once no longer active before purchasing the house. then "oh we don't do that" 2) Ask about Japanese Beetles(they were coming in house looking for warmth)- oh too cold for spraying will come back in spring--- NOW oh nothing you can do about that--- Then had the NERVE to say you need to replace your windows and doors if they are coming in. We had a great experience with the Massey service today. The service manager, Allen Morris who came to our home was extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and provided very helpful recommendations.
