After being a customer for over 10 years, my experience with Massey Regarding insect damage has been a nightmare. Six weeks ago my yard was looking better than it has looked all year ,especially following the harsh freeze And as acknowledged by their own employees. I do not recommend Massey Services based on my experience. I canceled my service, yet I continue to be billed afterward. On top of that, they were charging me $55 every month, but they only actually came out about once every five months. Paying monthly for a service that was rarely performed didn’t feel like a good value. The biggest issue, however, is continuing to bill a customer after they’ve canceled. Brett May came to our home today because we thought that because of the recent swarming we had termites inside our home. Brett did a thorough inspection inside and underneath our house. He was polite and extremely kind as he explained that we were not infested. Brett in our opinion is the best representative of Massey that we have ever had! He deserves a raise or a free dinner or at the very least a commendation. Thank you Brett. Vern Weiss and ZoeAnn Boyle.
We absolutely love our technician Kati Rowell. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when she comes. Very respectful. We have went from a100 percent problem to about 3 since she began treating our house. Very pleased with her service.
