I hired Massey Pest Control after purchasing a brand-new home because I wanted a professional company to keep it pest-free. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing but disappointing. My husband and I had John Lamattina come out to do an inspection of our property for pest and termite service. He was phenomenal. Gave me a ton of great information and made it really easy to understand. I highly recommend.

Update: John came for my termite inspection and managed to get me back on my standard pest control plan that other employees "couldn't" do without a sign up fee. John gave top notch customer service and I felt truly cared that we had been a customer since 2019. He followed up with a card in the mail that took me back. Well done John! You should be running this location! Michael came for service and is still great! Michael is great and eliminated my ant problem. I called Massey Services to test our lawn sprinkler system. Alex came over and tested the irrigation system. He was very professional and honest. He explained what was needed and left a book explaining the price and their services. Josh then came over and did the work replacing and installing what was needed for our sprinkler system. The company is very professional. They will follow up with you to let you know when they will arrive and what they will be doing.
