Massey performs regularly scheduled service on time and takes care of any pest problems found during visits. Isaih always calls and lets me know when to expect him. He is a delightful man who is very focused on keeping my yard and house pest free. In addition to the regular service, I also have termite control that gives good peace of mind since I have a lot of wood decking. I have been a customer for many years and have always been totally satisfied.

On first service, the rep was very nice and informative. Prior to that a field rep that visited us was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a third rep come out upon finding what we thought was termites but a welcome report stated No Termites! I recommend Massey
Terry with Massey Services was an excellent rep and sold us on the program. His demeanor, knowledge and soft sell technique was a refreshing encounter compared to the other outfits we called that put the full court press on the selling.
