On first service, the rep was very nice and informative. Prior to that a field rep that visited us was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a third rep come out upon finding what we thought was termites but a welcome report stated No Termites! I recommend Massey
Terry with Massey Services was an excellent rep and sold us on the program. His demeanor, knowledge and soft sell technique was a refreshing encounter compared to the other outfits we called that put the full court press on the selling.

I am a new homeowner & apparently Massey provided a yr of service to new home owners by my builder. Apparently, the contract is up a few days from now. While In a meeting, Someone rings my doorbell, but I don’t answer it because again I’m in a meeting.
