I was referred to Massey by a friend and I can’t complain. My Irritation system was broken, flooded my back yard, to the point that JEA came and turned my water off to the house. Called Massy and they came out the next day. Nothing could be done because they needed to order parts for the back flow. I prayed because I still did not have water for two days. Massey failed to live up to their promises. Weed control is a non existent thing with them. When you have a problem you can forget calling they will not respond. I reached out to Robert by phone no response. Flagged down a Massey sales person and asked him to get me in contact. 1 week later still no response. Will be posting on Eagle landing Facebook Book Page my poor experience with Massey in Orange Park. Hopefully others will avoid them and there no customer service.
I went with Massey because they provided full service. I dropped my existing provider who was single service, because they let the lawn deteriorate and finally wanted to charge me extra to fix the Ph. They almost begged me to come back and I told them it was too late.
Terrible service. Signed up for pest and lawn care in August. They finally got me scheduled after not finding my initial paperwork from when Thomas Finnegan came out. Pest control was to be quarterly and lawn was monthly. They just came out in September for both, pest 9/5 and lawn not until 9/24. Yesterday I got a call from Sean, the pest tech, to tell me he was coming out tomorrow for the 30 day follow up. Dustin Hackney was great! He came in and diagnosed our situation and fixed everything. I am going to do quarterly maintenance with Massey because of Dustin! I am so pleased with my sprinkler system! Thank you Massey and thank you Dustin!
