Had our front zones reconnected. We dealt with Greg. You can tell he actually cares about the customers. Came out fixed our issue and walked the zones and gave expert guidance. 100% would use their service again based on this interaction.

I was referred to Massey by a friend and I can’t complain. My Irritation system was broken, flooded my back yard, to the point that JEA came and turned my water off to the house. Called Massy and they came out the next day. Nothing could be done because they needed to order parts for the back flow. I prayed because I still did not have water for two days. A manager from Massey came out and temporarily fixed the issue with the back flow so, the water could be turned on in the house. They were a God sent. Excellent service and... read more

Massey failed to live up to their promises. Weed control is a non existent thing with them. When you have a problem you can forget calling they will not respond. I reached out to Robert by phone no response. Flagged down a Massey sales person and asked him to get me in contact. 1 week later still no response. Will be posting on Eagle landing Facebook Book Page my poor experience with Massey in Orange Park. Hopefully others will avoid them and there no customer service.

I went with Massey because they provided full service. I dropped my existing provider who was single service, because they let the lawn deteriorate and finally wanted to charge me extra to fix the Ph. They almost begged me to come back and I told them it was too late.
