They sent a new technician after the original one was let go, which initially gave us hope. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our experience with Massey’s lawn care division in this area was completely different from the excellent service we received when we lived in Orlando. After months of issues, our lawn was severely damaged, including areas of burned grass that resulted from treatments. We were repeatedly promised solutions, follow-up visits, and corrective actions, but very little was actually done.
