We were loyal customers with Massey for nearly 10 years. For the first 7 years, we had what was widely considered the best St. Augustine lawn in our community. Neighbors constantly complimented us on how lush and green it was. Unfortunately, about 2–3 years ago, we noticed a new technician taking over our service. Irrigation service has been EXCELLENT. However over the last6 or 7 months the service has been substandard at best with several patches of killed lawn. My service was very good for 5 years so I'm not sure if this is due to a change of personnel. UPDATE: Yesterday a Supervisor from Massey came by to observe my lawn issues personally and agreed that some repair and changes to my services are in order and will be corrected at no additional cost.
