I live in Victoria Gardens, Deland and I want to comment on the fast, courteous, professional attention both my lawn and I have received from Matthew and Jeff. I recently lost my husband and my lawn needed attention with fertilizer, weed control and cinch bugs. Jeff and Matthew have been so diligent in treating and checking the progress. Ryan with Massey was awesome. He was super easy to work with and clearly knows his stuff. He came out, diagnosed the issue fast, and had everything fixed without any hassle. No upselling, no drama, just solid work done right. If you need irrigation work done, ask for Ryan. You won’t be disappointed! We love Massey.
My neighbor has Drake and his lawn looks much better than mine. Same soil, same grass type, same weather and it gets watered. Unless Massey results improve I will be giving my business to Drake. Massey also services my sprinklers. I am aware of the drought conditions we are experiencing.
Technicians and friendly and responsive. I am still not completely pleased with the progress of my yard after a year. Though much better we still have reoccurring week issues as well as red ants in the yard. Again, much better then when we started but progress remains
I have re sodded my yard 3 times with other companies. The other companies basically killed my grass and did nothing about it but give money back for the last quarter. For some reason the grass also died with Massey. However after discussing the options with Brian Buchard he said they will try and get grass back to looking good but if they can’t then they would replace it at no charge.
