I have been with Massey for a couple of years now and pay way too much for the quality of service I receive. I will soon be switching. I shouldn’t have to call for them to let them know the weeds keep growing and are not controlled. I have attached pictures. My lawn used to be one of the best in my neighborhood and is now in need of a re-sod job due to the weed pressure and now have gray leaf spot that has not been controlled either. Massey (almost) refuses to honor written contract (updated 5/28) No matter how many times I call Massey, they refuse to honor the contract I paid for and perform a spring aeration on my lawn. My "Landscape Service Agreement", from Massey, has a "Monthly Landscape Service" section that explicitly includes "Annual aeration".
