They ruined my lawn. Now it will cost me around a $1000 to get it fixed. Stay away. Full of excuses. Never their fault. Worthless company. All talk no action. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself self if you want your yard to look like this. I even had the general manager come out. My recommendation is to stay the hell away from them.
We have had their service for about 4 years. In this timeframe, we have sodded and re-sodden our lawn because of pest damage, fungus damage, etc. I even went from every other month lawn care to monthly, thinking they would treat the areas at risk more aggressively, and we wouldn't have to constantly patch various sections of our yard. Massey assured me if my lawn died they would replace it for free. Well my lawn, who they were maintaining since I put it in, died or had issue. Instead of replacing they put down fertilizer. And what came up was crap grass not St Augustine. Then as I was paying them per month, I found out they were only treating my lawn every other month. On the other month they said they were treating my trees and shrubs, but I don’t have any shrubs and I only have 4 palm trees.
