Away from vacation home and get back to this. They never even called me to advise this was happening. Instead just keep spraying and billing me. Unhappy customer.
Vanessa was GREAT! She was able to explain all of Massey’s services to the best of her ability.
Vanessa was wonderful in answering all my questions. She was professional and explained the program to me so I could understand. The gentleman the came out to do the spraying was great, too. He explained everything ahead of the spraying. He even got rid of a small wasp nest. To me that was above and beyond service.
I started with MASSEY services October 11, 2022. I shared my concerns with Laura my representative for the company, she shared several different plans with me as we went over them and the services that were provided with those plans. My first application came the following day with a gentleman by the name of McKienon Who is responsible for pest applications.
