Very pleased with Massey, both Barry for our quarterly and on demand pest service and Vanessa for our termite service. They both are always very courteous, professional and helpful.
Away from vacation home and get back to this. They never even called me to advise this was happening. Instead just keep spraying and billing me. Unhappy customer.

Vanessa was wonderful in answering all my questions. She was professional and explained the program to me so I could understand. The gentleman the came out to do the spraying was great, too. He explained everything ahead of the spraying. He even got rid of a small wasp nest. To me that was above and beyond service.
