I would like to file a complaint regarding the lawn care services provided by Massey Services. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received. The lawn care has been consistently poor, and I have given one excuse after another instead of seeing any meaningful improvement. I have repeatedly raised my concerns with management team responsible for the St Augustine area, but unfortunately, no real effort has been made to resolve the issues. Fast response. Discussed irrigation changes and came up with the plan and price. Two days later their guy came out and did a great job.
workers were quick and friendly
Overpriced!!! Do not use! JR quoted me $900 dollars and I thought that was really high to replace the solenoids. He also said he couldn’t fix it for TWO weeks. So I called another company to get a quote and they came out 1 week later and fixed everything same day in 1 hr 45 min. The other company I went with charged be $600 less. Also he told me four solenoids but it was only 2 and this other company also fixed two broken pipes. I am a black woman so I figured he used that to his advantage. I got a automated email response when I inquired for service and responded to it but nobody ever responded back. So I responded again to the email and still nobody two weeks later.
