We had Massey lawn service for 3 yrs? Had to get Mgr out often to show problems the tech wasn’t fixing- the 3rd time this happened ( not long ago)chinch bug had destroyed big portion of our front yd!This should have been addressed 2-3 months ago earlier & treated! We have cameras- every time the Tech came he spent maybe 8 minutes spraying (sometimes not the whole lawn)& took off. We fired them, tho Mgr said they wanted to fix it?! Too late. Rediculous! We are getting new sod & new lawn service.
Amazing service from Massey and our inspector Nicholas Wolford has been great for educating us on all our services. No pressure selling just service. Just moved back to the area and happy to have some big challenges taken care of for my family of 4
Nicholas and TJ have been really great technicians at our home in Apopka taking care of all our pest needs. So much so we signed up for commercial services in Mt Dora and out there Austin has been also top notch!
Nicolas and Tony are amazing! We have Tony for maintenance and he’s always so warm, welcoming, and nice. Nicolas came out and did a termite inspection and was so friendly and informative. My husband and I are very pleased and will continue our services.
