Massey Plumbing installed a water heater in my home. Within 30 days the hot water stopped working. I was called FOUR TIMES by a representative who couldn't decide whether or not they were coming because the owner wouldn't allow a courtesy check despite the fact that they just installed the water heater for me. I will not use this plumbing "company" again. Customer service goes a long way, and for me, a long way to another provider.

Mrs. Ptah, you were actually a home warranty customer, not a Massey Plumbing "customer". We explained to you multiple times that we cannot cover products provided by others for an extended amount of time. You had an issue with your water heater, and the appropriate course of action was to reach out to your warranty company and have them plan the next steps for resolution. Instead you called us and were trying to get free work done because your company wasn't helpful.
