Horrible insurance company. Is not up front and honest with you about anything. Tries to send you bills and collect money from you with absolutely no explanation of what they are from. The owner gets extremely rude with customers when they have a valid concern and are just trying to resolve an issue. Not willing to take any actions to try and help the customer out.

Hi Brad! Thanks for your honest feedback. As we discussed on the phone, the bill you received was from the direct writer that you cancelled your policy with. You are more than welcome to call them direct at 800-924.9225 to ask them about waiving it, since you feel you have a valid reason for that. While you may feel that more could be accomplished by us making that call, experience has shown us they are more willing to make those concessions with the customer direct. Have a great day!
Awesome place to do business with. Amber takes care of all our needs. They even email me to discuss business as I am unable to answer my phone while I work. Thanks guys! So good I just renewed my 2nd year with them on this vehicle but have dealt with them for many years.
My husband and I recently bought a home in August, and Amber was so great about getting us a new quote for our homeowner's policy. Massey has amazing customer service and I couldn't imagine using another insurance company!
