Very good experience. He was very friendly and listened to my concerns. Explained what he was doing and why.
Dr. Massey has been my ENT Dr. for a very long time. I was having some significant pain in my right ear, and my appointment was later in the day. Ultimately it was decided I needed tubes and vice having me come back at a more convenient time, the extended my time in the office and inserted the tubes the same day. Thank you.
The whole staff was friendly and on point. Got me in and out in a timely manner and Dr. Massey was very professional, took time to explain everything that was happening and things to do in the future to improve my health, friendly and knowledgeable!

I highly recommend Dr. Massey for his work ethic, medical expertise, and his pleasant disposition.
Dr. Massey is a very attentive and caring physician. He is excellent at ensuring that you understand the medical issue presented to him and the reason for his recommended solution. I would recommend him to all! Just a great doctor!
