Brought my vehicle in for some recalls recently and when I got it back, a part on the door around the lock was loose. A week later my entire door handle fell off and they claimed it had nothing to do with their service and that they would charge me for it even though it wasn’t like that before I brought it in. Person on the phone was unhelpful. With all of the Hyundai vehicle thefts recently I’m flabbergasted.
Shout out to Massey Hyundai they are amazing and provided me with exceptional customer service. Teresa was amazing keeping me updated every day with my car and took there time to actual figure out what was going on. The guy who was working on it wanted to drive it a few times to make sure it was safe to drive and up to his standards before giving it back, which i appreciated. I will continue my service with them from here and on out. Thank you so much.
