18 months after buying a brand new 2024 Tuscan, a glass panel between the windshield and sunroof shattered and splintered or peeled upwards from the sunroof connection.  Couldn’t drive it in the rain so I called the dealership, was sent to voicemail.  No call back.  A couple days later, I made the 50 minute drive to talk to someone in person.  They said they would fix it (at no cost to me) and they put clear tape over the area so I could at least drive it until it was fixed.  Part of the tape blew off a few days later when I... read more

Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have actually been cussed out by them because they didn't service my vehicle on the day it was scheduled for service. Nor have they serviced it since. After trying to contact management, there has been no response. They don't care about customers, professionalism, or showing any sort of integrity.

Do not trust this dealership, they do not inform you that the TT&L does not include the license and registration. Had to pay $300 to register our car and they will not do anything about it. Also they do not offer your deposit back until you call a week later and ask for it. Our car was also missing rails and floor mats and it took 3 weeks for them to finally get them to us, the price is good but customer service is non existent and they do not accept responsibility for their part, $500 document fee and the documents did not ... read more

Cowling Forgotten, Ductwork Still Missing, Extra Charges - Hyundai Kirkland replaced my engine under warranty but forgot to reinstall the engine cowling and air inlet ductwork, left the air intake housing and hoses unbolted, and has now refused to replace the missing ductwork. The cowling was only put back on after I reported it, and when I called about the ductwork, Randy hung up on me after claiming it was missing when we first brought it in for repair. do not go any further..ask for tom hennebury for a salesperson..no pressure low key helped us get a deal that worked for us..our sales manager and finance manager terrific,,NO PRESSURE..just helpful...onlu problem..had to go to my insurance agent..got her card..gave it to dealership..waied 6 hours to pick up car..let dealership do work and call you when its ready missin my 23 santa fe..lovin our 2025
