We had a reservation of 12 people to celebrate an engagement dinner and the service was the worst possible service we could’ve ever imagined. We were excited to celebrate at Masseria but will never go back there again- especially for a special occasion. I received my 16oz ribeye at lukewarm temp. I didn’t realize it at first because we were celebrating my sister's birthday. Eventually it dawned on me and I did not enjoy it. I didn’t make a big fuss about it because my sister’s husband was paying for our group. We were a party of 8. Ordered a bottle of Napa Caymus from their wine list for 120 dollars. Bartender brings a California Caymus, inferior bottle not from Napa. I ask her to get the right bottle, a few minutes later a 2023 Napa Caymus shows up. Bill comes and they charge me 170 dollars. I ask for the mgr, a complete creep, he tells me it’s a misprint. A misprint on one of the most popular Napa Cabernets. I paid it, will never come back. Honor your menu or fix it. Awful customer service.

The service was good, but the food was really salty. Couldn't even finish it because it was heavily over salted. Very disappointing because we had hopes for this place
