Probably the worst eye care place I have ever been to. Only person I give good credit to is the front desk lady since she was kind to my children but this isn’t a place I want to take my family anymore. I hate leaving bad review but I’m pretty upset with this places..
Scheduling was easy, front desk was polite, Jacob was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Massengale was congenial, professional and knowledgeable as always. Unfortunately the visit fell short when it came to optical staff. I browsed the frame selection before the exam and was not greeted by either of the two people at the desks, they didn't even look up, to my knowledge. The disappointment continued after the exam. This place is amazing. Due to the fact I have two jobs, it's hard for them to accommodate my schedule. They always find a spot formed. Dr. Massengale is courteous, polite, professional, friendly and thorough. His staff, especially Madison is kind, gentle, professional, understanding and empathetic. I used to use Dean McGee, I will not be going back to Dean McGee
They lie to you about what insurance covers and are terrible for unsuspecting soonercare members. Glasses should be covered but they wanted a sitting fee and this is even after we not only asked at the time if making the appointment but also as we checked in! Then we get dine with the exam and they state we have to pay xx amount. It's dishonest and it's sad they have to do business like this.
