The contact lens policy is absurd. Scheduling an appointment 2 times for each pair of trails so someone can look in your eye for absolutely no reason has been very inconvenient and a waste of time. It is also not industry standard. The optometrists I called to get a second opinion had never heard of any other company having that policy either. Dont waste your time going back and forth for no reason. Go somewhere else!
You know it is impressive when someone all the way in California takes the time to write a review. Dr. M is actually quite a good doctor that is being held back by his HIGHLY unprofessional front desk staff. I am not sure where in the customer service they teach you to hang up on clients, call them a liar (yes she called my dad a liar), and interrupt them in a tone not fit for a death row inmate.
