I enjoy the friendliness of the staff & ease of getting an appointment that’s convenient for me, even on short notice. Dr. Massart has a genuine concern for making sure she addresses my needs each time I visit. I recommend Massart Chiropractic!
I will only state the fact that their staff of doctors is quite young which of course means not much experience. I did ask on first visit about charges and bill costs, but noticed no answers given and were avoided and stated it would be told on. 2nd visit. I was told about a charge that wasn't covered and they knew prior to doing the x-rays 1st visit it wouldn't be covered under insurance. I feel that was not fair and even use the word "sneaky" .
