Let me first say that I have never written a negative review in my life. I feel people should be made aware of our experience with massa rossa. I have never had a worse customer experience. I am a small business owner and can assure you, this is not how to run a business. Our custom build was started in Nov of 2021. Our house was not “finished” until September of 2023.
