I have had good luck with my primary care doctor, lab, and specialties in the building. Things go down hill quickly if I have to get referred to Richmond or Community Care. They take forever to respond, don’t seem to care, and schedule diagnostic imaging months in the future. I’ve been trying to get a simple MRI referral and it’s been a nightmare. I’m even willing to use my own insurance if I could just get a referral. Nope. Community Care just isn’t interested. Did I say they don’t care?
