I went to two podiatrist who could not find the problem with my big toe. Doctor Fox took an X-ray and diagnosed a compound fracture, relieved the pressure, prescribed soaks, and established a treatment plan. In addition, I found the staff very accommodating and kind.
One of the worst customer service ever I have experienced in my entire life! The reason I'm saying this because they are so adamant to collect a no show charge of $50 plus the copay for that expected visit. No matter how many times I called them to explain the situation why the patient could not show and to apply for a first time courtesy. I consulted with Dr. Lo Bello because if a chronic plantar fasciitis condition. He recommended a course of sound wave therapy which ameliorated the problem. He is a very competent and helpful professional and I would recommend the Long Island Heel Pain practice very highly
Doctor and nurses fully explained everything gave me all my options and seemed positive they can help my condition
Great caring staff and a wonderful doctor. Called with an urgent need after a friend recommended. Was able to get a same day appointment. Dr Fox quickly accessed the issue, recommended treatment and provided excellent care. I have now found my podiatrist in Massapequa!
