Saw Dr. Fox for a severe ingrown toe nail. Problem solved. Both appointments were prompt, staff was nice and I’m no longer in pain. Thanks.
We met with Dr Fox and he took the time to explain my husband’s problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Given my husband is in a wheelchair the staff kept checking to see if he was comfortable and offered assistance in helping with his transfer from wheelchair to examining chair.
Informative and professional
I went to two podiatrist who could not find the problem with my big toe. Doctor Fox took an X-ray and diagnosed a compound fracture, relieved the pressure, prescribed soaks, and established a treatment plan. In addition, I found the staff very accommodating and kind.
One of the worst customer service ever I have experienced in my entire life! The reason I'm saying this because they are so adamant to collect a no show charge of $50 plus the copay for that expected visit. No matter how many times I called them to explain the situation why the patient could not show and to apply for a first time courtesy. Laura stood firm on her position every time I called her and denied to apply a courtesy.
