No one ever answers the phones
Higher priced than some clinics. Male working at the front desk (Cam) very unprofessional with conversations he has with clients (that others can overhear). Overall disappointed and I now choose to take my business elsewhere.
My session with Nathan was very underwhelming. I booked a 60-minute massage hoping to unwind, but it felt more like he was just passing time than actually giving a treatment. At several points, he barely moved and spent a long stretch simply resting his hands around my back instead of providing any real massage work. The overall impression was that he was disengaged and just waiting for the clock to run out. Unfortunately, it left me feeling more disappointed than relaxed.
