Charles is an expert in positional release technique, it goes beyond surface level tension and corrects neurological pathways that control muscle function, an amazing way to help the body become more balanced and reduce pain. The best teacher in Knoxville as well, i would go to nobody else for law, ethics, and business classes. Always an engaging and informative, yet relaxed environment. 10/10!
I took a Positional Release class with Charles a few months ago, and that class has completely transformed my practice. Charles is an excellent instructor, and the Positional Release techniques are fabulous. I have adopted this in to my practice and it has made an awesome difference for my clients, but also has reduced my own wear and tear a bunch.
