How could it be any better? I've visited with Janice twice, and can't imagine how I could have gotten more out of the experience. I think I've become a "special project" for this gifted professional, who told me I had the most knotted shoulder muscles she'd ever seen. Undaunted, she's gone all-out to help me, even arranging for a myofascial release to loosen up my shoulders, then taking over with her firm but relaxing hands. There I was stuck in Friday afternoon I95 traffic with a very stiff back and stressing out from my work week. I needed a break and relieve for my aching back. I googled for a massage therapist in the Dale City area and came upon Janice. Upon arrival she led me to her therapy room and questioned me about where my pain and discomfort were located.
