To be completely honest... I have always enjoyed massage. Now that I'm approaching 60 I find it is more of a need vs fluff/buff massage. Pam has helped me immensely! I only have access to her during "season", but notice a significant difference in how my body feels. Legs, back... she understands the body and knows what I need.
