Last night was my first visit. I was a few minutes late & they were so gracious about it. The place is beautiful & smells amazing. It was the massage therapist’s first day. He was professional, kind, & knowledgeable-walked me through everything, asked relevant questions about my health. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago- my neck & shoulders have been sore & it was hard to move through my day. I left there feeling 10 years younger! I signed up for membership! I had another excellent massage with Jessica and a wonderful facial with Gillian. They both have great technique and are very informative as well. I always have an amazing experience at MassageLuxe York from start to finish. Highly recommend them!!
Stay far away as humanly possible from this place. Do not let your loved ones go here!! My fiance has been going there for months until they had this new male massage therapist who inappropriately touched her and caused physical pain. Owners and managers did absolutely nothing about it. Currently filing a lawsuit.
The massage was wonderful. The company I am no longer going to go to due to the fact of them charging my account for an appointment that I did not make. I rescheduled an appointment they put it on a different day than what I was able to do. They only care about money not the people they do a service for.
Always wonderful for Deep Tissue with Bill. Professional, clean, friendly, and fantastic massages. Bill also continues his massage education and has new ways to help my muscles. Always appreciate his work!
