I would give Faith 10 stars she was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and facility was serene. I agree with other reviews regarding the timeframe of the massage. If you book an hour massage, you only get an hour for your consultation and the actual massage. I paid for an hour massage and it was 50 minutes. I haven’t ever experienced that before. Also, you can’t use a gift card on a promotion…doesn’t make sense…payment shouldn’t matter.
What a great experience from the moment I walked in until I left relaxed and ready for my next experience here. Michele was a great start to my experience, it was like meeting a friend. She handled all the intake with personality as well as professionally. She made me a hot tea that was perfect to calm me down from the AM. Alyandro was my massage person and he was fantastic. The facial was awesome and will definitely go back. However, when I was checking out she put a product on the counter and I didn't realize until I left and they called me that it wasn't complimentary. Little bit of miscommunication.
