Every time I go, my massage is wonderful! Such a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming
Faith asked the right questions about my needs and was a wonderful therapist, I like firm pressure and she was able to provide that beautifully and she was very friendly and professional. Michelle at the front desk was super helpful and sweet as well.
I booked a Friday afternoon massage at 4pm at Luxe in Fort Mill via their website. I was a little puzzled by the fact that I never received a confirmation or reminder. One hour before my appointment, they called me to tell me the masseuse was coming back from a chiropractor and was iffy whether she could do my massage. They offered me a 10 AM appt on Saturday, but I couldn't make it. It seemed rather odd that she couldn't do a 4:00 Friday but could do a 10 AM on Sat. Labria should get a million dollar insurance policy on her hands. I’ve been getting massages since 2005 and didn’t know what I’d been missing. I plan to maximize my monthly membership benefits with Labria. On another note, the staff is always super sweet, the facility is clean and it smells good.
