The young woman who did my facial was great; very professional and courteous. The salesperson at the front desk was awful. When I came out of the facial nice and relaxed, she asked me, "What's your name again?" She did not ask me how I liked the facial or anything. She immediately tried to up sell me. She brought me to another room for 15 minutes on the water massage table and she could not figure out how to get it to work.
