So incredibly frustrated with this place I can't ever get in for an appointment and then when I schedule appointment 48 hours out then they called me to cancel my 90 minute massage. I can never schedule an appointment to get in and they always say they're so sorry there so sorry but they have no way to fix the problem. I have spent over $400 in monthly billing that I'm not going to get back because I'm going to cancel my membership and they won't do anything about it. It was relaxing. There was some clanging outside the room (little distracting) but staff was great!
