Back in October, I booked a couples massage for a 5th anniversary present to my husband and me. I specifically asked for Saturday, November 6th at 3:00 and they booked the appointment. So, I thought all was well. However, today, we were called to confirm our appointment for FRIDAY which is tomorrow. So, let this be known. If you're an ER Nurse or any form of Healthcare Worker that is working with COVID Patients, you're not allowed to enter this facility or have a massage!!!! We were just told we had to cancel our 90 minute massages due to me being in contact with COVID patients within the last 7 days! We were told no exceptions. This is our Anniversary weekend and date day. We have 4 kids that we had to get a sitter for, drive 2.5 hours, just to be turned away! Unethical billing practices. Scheduled appt to use final massage. Would not give me a massage that I had already paid for. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charges. Will contact the better business bureau

Epic Fail.....took the day off of work so I could book with my favorite massage therapist. She only works during weekdays and I work full time. Booked the appointment a week ago and when I got there, was told they had switched me to someone else. No warning, no phone call, and now.....nobody there can do anything about it. They will have a manager call me “probably tomorrow”. I guess that’s why people stay away from these chains

Would definitely recommend! Love the facials! I get great advice from the esthetician. I was always leery about massages but now I love them. Worked wonders for my chronic shoulder pain.

The receptionist was extremely pushy with sales. Even after we said no thank you she continued to nag. Both myself and my friend felt very uncomfortable. The massage therapist were excellent, but left on such a bad note we won’t be returning.

Front desk girl was extremely pushy about signing me up for the monthly massages. After I said no four times, she asked me again after my massage. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating. My massage was suppose to be a hour, but turned into only 45 min. with no apologies or explanations. That will be my last time going there.

I am fed up with the lack of concern. The Women's bathroom has had a broken toilet seat for a year. I mentioned it to the front desk and the excuse for it not being fixed, "The manager is waiting to hear back from a repairman". Seriously, for a year. I enjoy getting massages there but what is this crap. Fix the toilet seat! The other issue, it's crap that you lose 10 minutes per massage. My appt is at 5, I arrive on time and my therapist usually gets me on time. The massage starts at 5:05 or a bit after and ends at 5:55pm. T... read more

Appointment was for 5:30, was greeted at 5:38, my masseuse apologized for running late said that he would give me some extra minutes for my wait, and said my time will not be affected...so why did my session ended at 6:30? So now I'm short 8 mintues not to mention the "extra minutes" I never got. Massage was okay, but I don't feel it was consistent - what you do for one side, you should do the exact same for the other side. I felt cheated...not too happy, massage was suppose to relax me...not. And when I request deep tissue ... read more
