I had a facial done and the esthetician told dead baby jokes during the procedure. I ask her her to stop and she moved on to racist jokes. I told her racist jokes were not funny, and she assured me that there were some that were. I left the facial at that time. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and asked for a manager to call me the next day. She never did. RecommendedWelll I've had good experiences there before, however today was AWFUL. I booked a 2 hour massage and facial. The massage SUCKED. I literally had to tell her to move to a different part of the body as I was becoming so sore. she only stayed in a straight line on my legs and arms Didn't massage higher than my knees.
